For almost 30 years, the Activity Center(AC) has provided consistent, quality ministry space for our church family and our community. The AC is one of our most used spaces on campus, hosting our youth and young adult ministries, REACH Sports, personal events, blood drives and other community activities.

We have a unique opportunity to invest in significant upgrades to the gym area of the AC this Spring. Leadership has made the decision to paint, install a new gym floor, redo the audio system and put padding all the way around the space.

Our desire is to be a good steward of the facilities that God has blessed us with. We believe these upgrades will enable the gym to be used well for the next several decades of ministry and outreach.

In order to facilitate these changes, the entire AC will be shut down from April 20 to June 30, 2024.

Would you join us in praying through the follow items:

• Praise God that we have funds in-hand to make these changes because of the faithful giving of our church family over several years.
• Pray for all the companies that will be doing various parts of the work; that scheduling, coordination and working environments would all run smoothly and safely.
• Pray for our ministries that currently meet in the AC as this will necessitate them moving to the Main Building for at least 10 weeks.
• Pray for the church staff that have been and will continue to navigate everything that goes into these renovations.

Christ's Home built their activity center about 6 years ago. We decided to use the same flooring material and color, padding and paint. While this is a picture of their gym, it gives you an idea of what we're aiming for.
