Before work could begin, we needed to do a decent amount of inhouse prep. This included removing things like the divider curtain, old sound system and padding. We took down the old broken score board and did work on the HVAC boxes so that new side backboards can be installed at some point. We took down the old banners and removed an hardware that was mounted on the walls.
